Top Floor

Watch the waves break, children play, birds work and dolphin jump from the top floor great room, dining area, kitchen and deck. The great room has a 22’ cathedral ceiling, surround sound DVD/CD/ video/television and comfortable furniture for lounging with family and friends. The dining area has a table for twelve, with benches for additional children and a breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious and a pleasure to use, with a gas stove and three-door, oversized fridge. The master bedroom has a king bed and large, shower-bathroom. There is also powder room on this level.

The top floor deck spans the entire front of the house. There are five Adirondack chairs and a picnic table with two benches. With binoculars, you can see the action at Cape Point. From the kitchen window, you can see the kites in the distance at Kite Point.
