First Floor

The first floor is truly "party central", with the game room, kitchenette, den, hydro-therapy spa, and powder room. The game room has a full-sized pool table and ping-pong table plus a good supply of games, jig-saw puzzles, playing cards, and poker chips. There is also a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a micro-wave. The game room sliding doors open to the oceanside covered deck with a six-person, hydrotherapy hot tub, two outdoor showers with dressing rooms and private access to the walk-way to the beach. Next to the game room is a separate den with a card table, television/VCR/DVD and a covered deck facing the lighthouse.
